What utility do you use to monitor GPU temperature?

Another MSI vote. I love the G19 support. It totally eliminated my need for a second monitor.

I use ATI Tray Tools. I found it to be the most reliable tool for overclocking my 4870, so monitoring temps with it as well keeps me from having to run an additional program.
