What US soldiers teach kids- they should make a TV series

You have a bunch of underachievers being forced to go to someplace they don't want to be.. They are bored and want to go home...what would you expect. Actually I expected much worse.

Does the military let soldiers carry personal video cameras with them?

There are a million of these videos out there that you would think the military would try to put an end to.

An Army friend of a friend in Iraq has about 20 hours of video tape he and his friends taped while guarding Saddam. Insane.

Digital cameras and laptops too; I got tons of pics; no one says anything about it or seems to care. But then again, I didn't make videos like the jackasses in the OP's video.

Wow, aint you a jackass. You realize that there are losers in any cross section of people with a million population. The dumbasses of the group dont really represent everyone.

I've probably achieved a whole lot more in my short military career then you have in yours.

Not only that but nobody forced anyone over here. Contract lengths are typically 3-5 years, meaning that almost 100% of todays military joined AFTER 9/11 and thus in a time of war.

And of course people are bored and want to go home, that has nothing to do with the actual politics of the situation. You send most soldiers to Korea for a year an they get bored and want to go home.

Over 50 years ago, I spent 18 months in Morocco. The kids in the video look just like the kids did in Morocco.

It's like time has stood still.
