What US city do you perceive to have the "best" weather?

El Segundo
Dana Point
Laguna Hills

In general, they are similar in weather to SD anyway. SF is a whole other story.

I agree. While the majority of the country has 7-9 months of crappy weather and 3-4 months of great weather, Phoenix is opposite. Sept - May are best.

This comes from someone who has lived in Seattle, Miami, Sacramento, Durham, and Cincinatti.

Honolulu sucks period. Most towns/cities in Hawaii with awesome weather are on the west/south facing shores. Kihei is really nice...

For about 30-45 days in the summer, yes. The other two months of summer... meh. The other nine months of the year can suck it.
