None of it bothers me.

I think the theory that Williams just spaced it and didn't remember that he wasn't on that helicopter has a lot of merit. He'd just be plain stupid to have lied outright about that. It makes no sense whatsoever.

1) Never really watched John Stewart, but even so I kind of mourn the passing of any great era.

2) Never watched Brian Williams either. There's some anger about the kind of weasel mindset that I imagine goes along with lying about the danger of a situation one was in for the purposes of popularity.

3) Anti-vaxxers piss me off because they display a particular kind of short sightedness that I see in other people being applied to many other parts of life. That being they look at the world that was created in part by the proliferation and relative ubiquity of vaccination and assume that the world would go on just like it is without vaccination, so there's no reason not to place great weight on whatever minor and infrequent problems vaccination may cause. It's a kind of mindset that we should fight whenever we see it. Taking the things that our society is built upon for granted is a dangerous attitude to have. This is the thing I feel the strongest about.

4) The general idea of the universe having no real beginning is something I considered long ago. I have no particular attachment to the big bang theory, so I'm fine with this.

5) Don't watch the walking dead.
