System 2 (My HTPC)
Asus A8N-E BIOS Revision 1013 PCB Revision 2.0

XFX Nvidia 6600GT
Seagate 500GB SATA Hard Drive Model ST3500630AS

So what should I do with these systems? Should I upgrade them? or sell them? I know DDR Ram is expensive right now and DDR II is really cheap. If I did part them out I would just sell the Motherboards and CPU, and the Ram and then keep all of my other parts and maybe sell my old Antec PlusView II case since I'm getting a new CM RC-690. If I sell them how much can I expect to get?

As you probably know the 939 Motherboards and CPU are not made any more.

This is what is available in AMD 939 CPUs. http://www.newegg.com/Product/...707439&name=Socket+939

You can definitely benefit from more memory.

However, DDR is more expensive than DDR2, and the next step in platform (nVidia or Intel) does not support DDR, it needs DDR2.

Sooner or later you would have to switch to a different platform.

Given the current price structure it is probably better to switch Now.

As an Example a Intel E21xx, and IP35 Motherboard would cost a little more more then upgrading CPU and more memory on your current computers but it would provide better performance and room for the future.

You should take a look at this Thread.
