What update NOT to install to avoid Windows 10

I have a reasonably recent computer, have downloaded all the necessary kbs and updates, and still don't have the windows 10 app/icon. I'm using one of the windows 7 upgrade 3 pack licenses, so I use the same license on 3 different computers. Shouldn't be an issue, right?
