From what I understand *thanks to evan* is the following:

Some oriental company did some really nasty english translation and they used that stupid phrase in their game. "All your base are belong to us"

Thus the repeating of that goofy funny saying all over this forum.

Kevin, technically, "Oriental" is correct since he's talking about a company, not a person. It's Oriental [object/thing] and then Asian [person]. That's the way I've always used it, anyway.

Don't forget that the music to the video was first made into a song called "Invasion of the Gabber Robots" by a group called The Laziest Men of Mars.

That contributed a lot to the trend and the video probably wouldn't have been made without the music.
