The Intel Bonanza i875 board is probably what you're looking for. It doesn't have alot of overclocker friendly features but it is very fast and very stable when running stock.

You can't really go wrong with an Intel motherboard with an Intel chipset and and Intel CPU. :)

I use a discontinued mobo, the msi 865pe neo2 LS with 2.4b running at 2.88 (160 fsb and 400 for the memory). I even formatted the hardrive and reinstalled win2k yesterday with no problems using the overclocked settings. This board has a fairly quiet northbridge fan, and cpu voltage up to 2.1. I run mine at 1.55, reading as 1.5 in the core center monitoring program.
