what type of RAM would be better for my Abit KT7A VIA KT133A board

I'd recommend the Mushkin to allow better stabilty and less incompatibilities.

Biggs is correct. Don't consider generic RAM for a KT7 unless you want to fight lots of problems. This board is really pickey about it's RAM and likes Mushkin or Crucial.

The Mushkin RAM is probably better but I've never had any problems using generic RAM on the KT7 if you want to save a bit of money by going that way.

I was most likely going to go with the Mushkin RAM, I was considering the generic becuase 256MB of the generic was $62!! and the Mushkin 128MB was $92....

Another vote for Crucial. Just picked up a stick of CAS2 PC133 from these guys...works flawlessly in my A7V.
