What type of PSU do I need?

I am looking to order a new PSU for a 4U rackmount server. The main issue is that the screw holes on the case do not align with the screw holes for any spare PSU's I have lying around. The only one that does mount correctly is the broken one I am looking to replace.

This is the case http://www.istarusa.com/rackmo...r/4u/d-400-6-b6sa.aspx

This is the PSU that mounts. The picture shown in this link does not include 2 brackets which MY PSU has on the top and bottom of it to allow for proper mounting.

This is the board (Intel Server Board SE7210TP1-E)

I have noted that the board recommends an ATX12v or EPS12v PSU... and so I was able to boot the server up with an ATX PSU I have laying around, but I couldn't mount the PSU to the case. I also noted that the broken PSU that does fit is of "PS/2 size design" - a term I am unfamiliar with.

The case and PSU that fit are by the same company, which lists it's own compatible PSU's for the case... so I tried buying a cheap non-redundant one of these are ran into more problems with screw holes. Here is a link to it:

So I even just went the simple route and tried one of their own PSU's. Sent it back and got my money back - so all's well... but what the hell am I missing here?

I need a cheap ~300W ATX12V or EPS12V (PS/2 size?) non-redundant PSU that will fit into a 4U rackmount chassis. This seems very simple - and probably is - but I've managed to turn it into quite a nightmare. Any information you can toss my way would be invaluable as would suggestions for PSU's.

The physical dimensions of an ATX12V, EPS12V and even PS/2 are no different other than the depth (which varies based on PSU output capability.) If a "standard" (ATX12V, EPS12V or PS/2) PSU doesn't fit, it's likely you're missing a bracket for your case. A LOT of cases have a plate that mount to the PSU's four screws and then that plate is screwed to the chassis. A LOT of people lose this plate because they remove the original power supply leaving the plate attached to it thinking that the plate is part of the power supply and not part of the case.

And although the board is a server board, it doesn't seem to require an EPS12V PSU. An EPS12V PSU tends to have two CPU power connectors (two 8-pins.) I only see one on that board, so you can use an ATX12V PSU with an 8-pin CPU connector no problem.
