What type of OC will work better for SoB?

I am seriously deciding if I should get one of those P4m that OC to 220+ FSB @ 2.6+GHz

However from the way the program runs it seems not to care about memory but the CPU. So would a regular 2.4GHz @ around 3GHz work faster? I am not sure because the other one has a high FSB...
Though I will probably go with the P4m anyway being everyone who has one says everything about the computer feels faster. And they cost around the same anyway with the mobile one just a little less.
