It's from a generic Geforce2 GTS 32mb..

This is the standard DDR, not MX, memory.... I HOPE!

On each chip is the following text....

Infineon
SGRAM
HYB39D2322TQ 6
GERMANY
0019 U20521


I assume this is 6ns memory? Anyone know how decent it is?

Its the standard DDRram on a gf2. YOu will probably get anywhere from 375 to 400(which means standard speed of 187.5 to 200).
