What type of media does PCMods use for their etched window appliques?

Here is the link to PCMods! Under products, see the appliques!
I was wondering what media they used to make these patterns? I want to make my own. I thought about making a black Metallica case w/ an etched Mettalica logo on the window and a red neon light kit that moves to the music. A friend of mine is a Metallica nut and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try some case modding. Maybe an Antec SX1030 with all black components, black Klipsch Pros, and whatever else black along with a good desktop theme, and every Mettallic song in mp3 format sitting in its own private little partition. After seeing a window with the neon light and etched applique I am in desperate need to mod my case. I just want to make one applique so I really do not want to spend $50.00 on 5 of which 4 I would not use.
Where do I find the etching media?

You can etch glass with stuff you can find at your local crafts store. Ones around here are Michael's and Jo-Ann Fabrics. Both have what you're looking for, glass etching kits. My wife used them for doing our wedding glasses and she etched my nice glass dining room table too :) I got a wonderful cloudy spot right in one area.

I'd watch out! Metallica is suing people right and left (even some old man down south) over the use of their name. Just a heads up... ;-)

<< Our new etched window appliques are all approximately 7.5 inches in diameter and all come with the squeegee required for application. These appliques are designed to be applied to the back of the window and are removable. >>

I do not believe these appliques are permanent etchings? The seem to be some sort of decal that are probably fed through a printer. At least I am hoping this is the case.

I do not plan on selling this project I am just into the mod for modding sake.
