You can buy the futures, but unless you know the seasonal price and supply flucuations, want to pay attention to USDA reports, follow weather patterns, and want to roll over the contract every three months, don't trade the futures. I would suggest finding equities that have a high correlation with corn prices. I wish I could suggest a few, but I don't know any. Good luck.

I thought about ADM, but ADM is so huge that the ethanol production is surely a small percentage of their revenue.
