What type of file is this (file contents start with 'Cgo')?

I'm getting tons of email from someone on verizon.net and I don't have a clue who it is or what is being sent. I've been getting this everyday for quite a while and I just keep deleting it (maybe I'm paranoid, but I'm not about to download it to my computer and find out it is a virus). Frequently I can tell the type of file from the first few letters, but I just don't know what file would start with "Cgo".

The file keeps going on from there.

Nice smartass comment NEF.
Perhaps you can show us the search you used to find the answer.

dullard: I would just block the whole domain. That's what I ended up doing with a few domains that kept sending me this 300k attachment

Google is not MY friend, it never gives me any useable information. I searched for 'Cgo' and get some Center for Gender in Organizations links - which I've never heard of. Don't think that has anything to do with a type of file. A search for 'Cgo8' gave a link to Japanese porn - again has nothing to do with this thread. I searched for the sender vze2rf4u and got nothing. I searched for the email topic (spequip) and got a John Deere sales place located about an hours drive away. But why would anyone send me information about John Deere? So after wasting 15 minutes on Google I again found nothing. Google just has never worked for me.

I think it's a binary attachment that was base64 encoded, but it's incorrectly labeled as "text/plain".

The Klez virus is known to have a subject line of "Please try again" (among others).
