What type of digital camcorder could be used to record closeups of a computer monitor for training?

Essentially thats is the deal. We are doing computer training videos. Some of it will be camtasia and we want to have a digital camcorder for some of the recording. Give me some model and brands....

I think anything would do nicely, even a digital camera with video capabilities...

Usually, it is all about sync rate and shutter speed. If you can get the monitor sync rate to 85, it can go away with low shutter speeds. Every time I have had to do it, I had to play with it to get it right (NTSC at 29.97, shutter at 125, sync at 72) gave me slight banding. With a cheaper camera, change the monitor sync rate to make it go away.
