Right now in toronto, everything is covered in a sheet of ice. The sky is contantly flashing with lightening with rolling thunders...

My parents said never in their life have they seen thunder and lightening in the winter! what the hell is going on...

freezing rain, though today was a bit weird, it was a gorgeous day and now you can't walk anywhere, you can only skate

yeah rained here too. Dam hamilton got a snow day. WTF is that i want a snow day.

Dude, I go to mac. Mac is supposed to close whenever Hamilton schools close. But Mac didn't close because they're the WORST UNIVERSITY EVER.

I was out playing basketball about 10 minutes ago. It's really windy and it was thundering and lightning pretty crazy, so we came in.
I live just north of Buffalo, NY.

Yeah, it's been miserable since about 4:00 here today. I rode from downtown to Davisville, and when I got here I was covered in ice. Wasn't wet, wasn't snow, but a perfect sheet of ice enveloped me. Now watching teh lightning.

Thunder and lightning in the winter isn't that uncommon though. I'm surprised you've never seen it before.

LOL i went to Mac too, first year in 98 was the worst. So much snow, and Hamilton transit went on strike, got so pwned. Weird weather this year, has been much warmer than normal (thankfully), but now its just fd up
