Hi i bought a panasonic hc x920 and i use it to record normal videos , but now i want to use it for livestreaming. The problem is that i cant get the pc to recognize it as a webcam( i know its not supposed to work as one i think). My question is what kind of cameras do Jayz2cents and barnacules/linustechtips use for their livestreamings and how do they get their pcs to recognize them as webcams (or just see themselves in screen). So is there any way i can get to livestream with my hc x920?

i think they use dslrs, but i wouldnt know how to do it even with a dslr
(also, i dont want a webcam cuz i need 50 or 60 fps minimum for a game i wanna livestream and the best webcam is c920 which is only 30fps)

thanks

linus' camera is probably around three grand (and he's got multiple cams).

i dont care about the price, i just want to know the "type" of camera(as in camcorder, dslr etc) and how he makes it so he can livestream with it

any help is appreciated

Your camera (panasonic hc x920) should do the job. You may want to send an E-mail to Panasonic for help.
