I am getting a PCI TV Tuner Card ( not PCI express ) and need to divide my cable now into
3 sections. For the TV, Internet Cable Modem and now the TV Tuner Card. What's the best
way to do this or should I use S-Video Connectors and cable. Radio Shack cable good enough??

A 3way splitter would be better as you have less db loss on each cable. The more splits you have, the higher the signal loss.

Always keep splitters to the bare minimum, or avoid them completely if at all possible.

Yes, I have to split my incoming coaxial cable into three lines. Or, can I run a S-video cable from the S-Video output of the cable box to a S-Video Connector
that the TV Tuner Card provides? Also, for Audio I think I have to get a dual cable with Red and White RCA mail Connectors on both sides. Does that make
sense?

I would split one for your modem first then have a seperate splitter from that for the TV + tuner

Modelworks, thanks for the heads up. I just connected the coax cable directly to the tv tuner card and the reception was awful. I have a Digital Cable Box
with S-Video out. If I connect a S-video cable from the box to the card would that greatly improve the reception? I would probably need a audio cable from
the box to card as well.
