What TV tuner to get??

I need to get a USB TV tuner for my PC what you would guys recommended i'm using windows Vista 64.

Is it for a laptop? What type of TV will you be watching / recording? Regular analog cable TV, over-the-air analog, QAM, etc.? USB TV tuners tend to eat up lots of CPU cycles so if possible, I'd go with a PCI or PCI-express 1x TV tuner card. If it is a laptop though I'd get a PCMCIA or express card tuner.

Its for a desktop i'm running 2 8800 ultra and its taking up all my space on my MB and need to go to USB its for watching SAT (Dish Network) TV and would like to record i have now a WINTV 150 PCI but have no room for it so i'm selling it and looking for something else that USB
