What TV show is worth getting into?

I think I'm going to start watching TV shows again...by DVD!

What would you recommend I start getting into?

Requirements:
Available on DVD (duh)
No more than half an hour per show (My attention span isn't that long)
Not a cartoon, Arrested Development, nor The Office
