What TV series had a great final season/final episode?

I can certainly start listing off a ton of bad endings. Especially ones that honestly didn't have a true ending just got canceled and something hodgepodged together. The Wonder Years is probably the best example of that.

I agree in general... teh first 4-5 season were awesome then it sucked... but the season finale (season 7 IIRC) was just awesome (on nbc)

I don't count the stupid shit they are doing now on abc as scrubs even though it carries the same name
