What Tuner and Sound card to get?

i posted in GH but no one replied so i am wondering if someone can help me here.

I have a comcast standard box (for 1 international channel) , comcast regular cable ( no box), and dish network hd box.

i was first thinking of getting a auzentech card(for sound), a pvr500(for the two boxes) and a myhd 130(to get the local channels in hd from comcast).

but then i realized i already had two tuners. i dont really need a pvr500. what i basically need is a myhd card for the local channels.

my question is what should i get to capture the comcast and dish channels and record them using MCE. i have a harmony 880 so i can set it up in a way to record programs from different channels with a little bit of tweaking. the major question is how to capture the three different channels.

would myhd be good for the comcast hd channels or should i get something else?
do i need a tuner for the comcast and dish box or what should i get?

what sound card would be the best? i heard auzentech has some problems with games but is good for a media center. i might be doing some light gaming on the pc.

what i currently have:

Panasonic TH-42PWD8UK
Onkyo R520 6.1 system
Dish 211 box.
Comcast regular box
Xbox 360
Harmony 880

PC (in the process of being built)
core 2 duo 1.86
2gb ram
nvidia/ati card (any recommendations on the card?)

any help would be appreciated. thanks

For card I'd say the Sapphire 1900GT if you're short on cash. A good card for under 200 bucks

For Sound Card X-Fi Platnium. You get all the Input/Outputs you need.
