What tower case would be best?

I am building a new rig. I need the case to provide very good air flow and be as quiet as possible. I will be attempting to push an i7 920 to 4GHz+ on air. I am assuming any case I buy will need the fans replaced and have to have sound dampening installed. I would prefer the case be black, but beyond that don't really care how ugly or cool it looks. Please help.
 
ATCS 940 or HAF 932. Please only consider the requirements from previous post. I already know I can save by going with the HAF, but which would do the job best?
