I just want to say my condolences in like 5 words but don't want to write something stupid or out of place...

Ideas?

She just lost her mom, no offense, but she doesn't really care what you write.

Anything generic like "Deepest Sympathy", "My prayers are with you", etc will suffice.

At my last job in a similar situation one of my young co-workers wrote "keep it real".

I don't doubt that she doesn't really care, but I've never written a card for someone who just had a loved one pass away and I didn't want to write something out of place, especially when everyone in the office is writing something as well.

LOL!

Reminds me of the "When keepin it real goes wrong" thing on the Chappelle show.
