What to use to test a drives Data Rates?

I just picked up a Maxtor Atlas15k and i want to see if i get the average Data Rate for this drive (75MB/s).
Which proggie would be best suited for this?

- I just tried Sandra's File System Benchmark and only got 58MB/s???

I just ran it and got an Access time of 5.6ms and read speeds as follows in MB/s:
Burst speed: 87.8
max: 64.7
min: 40.6
avg: 50.5

Is it just me or are the read speeds on the low side for this drive? I've got it connected to a LSI 21320 Ultra320 card on a U320 Terminated cable....
