What to use to put a side window in a Sonata?

This stuff looks pretty tough... I was just wondering if a regular saw would be able to get through this easily, with low chances of scratching it.

I'd use a Dremel with reinforced cutoff wheels, but that's just me. However, if you have a jigsaw and some metal blades you should be fine. But remember to go slow no matter what you use.

Cover the paint with masking tape or something similar and trace the window opening on the inside of the side panel and cut there so you don't risk messing up the paint.

So you're sure that it is possible to do it with a dremel? I don't want to drill the starting hole, then not be able to cut through it so I just have a random drill hole in the side of my case. :p

I've cut through pretty darn hard steel with my dremel, but I didn't do a ton of cutting. However, reinforced cutoff wheels work well, but you might need quite a few depending on the size of your window. Follow MDE's advice about the masking tape and then go at it slowly but methodically. If it's any use to you, I have a Dremel Digital/Professional, so it has a bit more 'oomph' to it than the normal Dremels, but as long as you have a fairly decent tool you should be fine.

I prefer a jigsaw with metal cutting blade. Just cover with lots of masking tape to prevent scratches. Make very detailed (fine) line. Go slow. Cut to just inside the line. File to line to finish edge.
