What to use to make blowholes?

i wanna make some mods (mainly a few blowholes) to my enlight 7237 case. but i'm not sure what tools to use (i'm not a hardware kinda guy)... i've been hearing a dremel works... is that enough for me to cut the holes thru the metal for the fans, and drill holes for screws as well? where can i buy screws/bolts that'll hold the fans onto the case after i make the holes?

Hole saws which attach to regular old drills work well but require some finishing work with sandpaper.. also regular old fan screws work okay for attaching the fan but you can buy nuts and bolts from the hardware store that work excellent and keep things a little quieter too especially if you add some rubber grommets..

got a drill and jigsaw?

use those...

else, get those...

dremel is soooooooooooo useless to make real blowholes... sure it can cut, but it's like eating your dinner with a toothpick... EVEN WHEN DINNER IS SOUP!!!...

anyway... you can get bolts from any hardware store... bring a fan with you so you know what size to ask for... i use 8-32 myself... and the length depends on the fan you use... don't forget to get washers, and perhaps rubber washers too to minimize noise due to vibration
