What TO use on my back.

I have A really sor eupper back and I tried Ben Gay amd another type of rub. They both BURN like fore on my back. IS there a cream that will not burn yet provide me with some comfort?

Take a couple of Alieve and soak it in a hot shower for as long as you can tolerate the heat.

Just bought some heat pads. I am gonna stop on the way to work and pick up some doan's

i don't know, but i know they work

maybe a muscle relaxant?

not sure, but i had some back problems a few years ago and they helped/ i was able to sleep
