FedEx Ground (or Home Delivery if shipping to a residence). Especially to TN (Memphis is home to FedEx's major hub).

Funny.. it's almost worth it to try and sell it before you leave - it's so expensive to ship that stuff. I'm moving back to CA, from NJ and I'm trying to sell as much of my computer stuff as possible - it's too damn expensive to ship everything!

www.ups.com
www.usps.com
www.fedex.com
www.dhl.com

go to each site, enter zip codes for origin and desitination city. Enter weight (and insurance value, if you want insurance). Select "Ground" as the shipping method. it is easy as that :p ;)

If you dont know the exact weight, guess it (and round it up to the nearest 10)

I'm sure that someone could say the same thing about all of the companies listed above.

I believe that is Fedex Express' major hub

You might just want to ditch the CRT.

USPS Parcel Post(or media mail ;)) and put insurance if your cheap
But the insurance claim sucks ass. You need a lot of proof and there will be a long return time.

But again I'd say Fedex Ground Home Delivery is the best way to go.
