I have tons of cash, but I'm not really looking to do a major re-vamp.

What I was thinking...

DFI Lanparty UT Nforce3 250GB
2x512MB Mushkin 2-2-2-5 TCCD DDR400
Zalman VF700ALCU
Zalman CNPS7700ALCU
Enermax 485W PSU

Would those help make my system run a bit better and allow for some overclocking? I have a 130nm Clawhammer or NewCastle A64 3000+ S754. CPUz says it's a NewCastle, but yet it's 2.0ghz and CG stepping. I'm really not sure what it is! lol. I bought it back in June 2004, can anyone confirm what CPU I have, and maybe how much I could overclock? I was kind of hoping for 10 x 240mhz. So 480mhz DDR and 2400mhz CPU, do you think that would work out with the Mushkin ram and a DFI Lanparty UT?

go with a a nforce4 dfi board and a 3200 venice with either ocz value vx or twinmos, and sell the agp card and replace it with is pci-e conterpart. otherwise there's not much of a reason to upgrade.
