I want my computer to have faster frame per second, cause right

A video card can make a sound while breaking, since sound can be described as any vibration placed through a solid, fluid, or gaseous medium (of varying degrees of elasticity) between 20 and 20,000 Hz (technically of any frequency). If a tree falls in the forest, and no one's around to hear it, does it make a sound? What if I'm half deaf? Does it only make half a sound then? It would seem, then, that sound is independent of an organism's ability to sense it.

Is the glass half empty, or half full?
