I'd either skip it or go with some over-sweet false sentiment like
"Enjoy your new life opportunity!"
"Have a super fun time in Peoria!"
"It just won't be the same here without you!"

..or something else with exclamation points, smileys, and/or hearts.

Aaaaand now we see where the "Simmons" part of his name comes from....yikes.

Wow, thanks for referring to women as b*tches, that's really sexy and masculine.

Don't be a little b*tch, just do what I did in a similar situation, I just told this complete idiot that quit-before-we-could-fire-her "I'm really glad you're leaving, I f*cking hated working with you." Then I walked away.

Instead of a nasty message on the cake, get a banner that says "Peoria Gang's Go Away Party" to hang up by the cake.

If someone questions it, just say it was supposed to read Going Away, but the person at the store where you got the banner wrote it down wrong.

You get all of the insult, with none of the backlash.

or

Or have this put on the cake:

Farewell To Such
Unsurpassed
Colleagues!
Know That
You Made
Our Days
Utterly Fantastic!

If you are serious, then these two previous suggestions would be perfect because you can exact your revenge and claim your innocence in the result of any backlash.

Keep us posted and please try to get pictures of the event. :D

Oh bother, like I bet you've never called a guy a pr!ck before right?

And FYI, he's not reffering to women as b!tches....he's reffering to TWO women as such, or to be more accurate, two PEOPLE as such.

Along you lines of logic one could say that your' reffering to men as b!tches.

Write, "Don't let the door hit your big fat cellulite asses on the way out, call me." :)
