What to put on?

I dont know what is better to put on my processor and my GPU and my Chipset(or should I even put someone)

For my CPU should I put the THermalright Thermal Paste that came with my XP-90 or should I put some Antec Formula 5 (thermal compound) on it.

Same thing goes for my GPU, there is a vf700-alcu on it.

For the chipset, under the cooler there is come yellow stuff. Should I put either of the thermal stuff on the chipset? And if I do do I remov the yellow stuff from the base of the chipset fan?

Use Arctic Sliver 5 Thermal Paste and XP-90.

don't worry about the chipset. hell don't worry about the GPU either IMO.
