a girl i work with who i like


I was on my break just sippin on a soda and thinking to myself you know about useless crap and i see her and say hi and i ask her if she is on her break and she says no I have to go punch out or something and so I continue thinking my idle thoughts and she comes ands sits next to me and surprises the hell out of me and starts talking to me, i asked her i thought you were leaving she goes no i am just starting my break so , we talk for about an hour i only had 30 min break hehe and we talk about hte ususal stuff youknoew family where you lived bf? yes she has one. She is 17 and she has me confused i dont know whether she is being friendly or somethingmore i really want it to be something more.

Yo man, baby steps are where it's at. Thinking about a relationship at this point is way too premature. If you like her, smile at her a little more. If you get the chance to talk to her, take it. Go that extra step to see her or talk to her(but definitely not stalking or reciting poetry for her infront of a million people). Don't be afraid and it's too early to be confused, she hasn't given you anything to be confused about yet. So far she has been nice and friendly which is a great sign, but I guarantee she doesn't like you yet. She might be interested, but it's up to you to get her to like you. Try and talk to her a few more times, see how it goes and listen carefully for anything you two might have in common. A favorite sport, place to go, activity. Then try suggesting that for like a Saturday afternoon or something, not date like, but not unlike a date either. See how that goes. If it goes well, call her back in the next day or two and ask her out to a movie. Take it easy. Don't go in only looking for a girlfriend. Make sure she's interesting as a person and a friend first. Girls love guys who can listen.


[edit]Oh yeah, since she is a coworker be extra careful here. Getting involved with coworkers can be a very bad bad thing, especially if you work a lot and have to see the person regularly. It doesn't sound like a very formal job or anything so it's probably not that bad, but nonetheless beware[/edit]
