What to look for in a good UPS?

hey guys! im looking to get a UPS for the system ill be building. what features should i look for? something mid priced maybe. APC-UPS' are too expensive...

That's a shame becuase I was going to say:

"Look for the APC logo".

Just visit the APC site and use their UPS Finder to figure out what 'size' you need. Then look at the specs of the UPSs it returns, whatever you buy should be comparable to that.
