what to get with new motherboard?

I plan on getting a new Epox 8k7a motherboard and a 1.2 - 1.4 ghz AMD.

I understand that sometimes getting the chip & motherboard won't come with fans and the other accessories if there are any! Anyone mind telling me what else I'll have to buy? Are there any recommended heatsink/fans for the epox 8k7a (in case some don't fit the board)? I plan on overclocking in the future.

Okay, the main thing you will need is a HSF to cool your CPU and a thermal interface of some kind. If you were not overclocking, then getting a retail boxed CPU would provide both of these items. Since you are overclocking, I would suggest you get a separate HSF and maybe some Arctic Silver II. A good place to look for these items is here.
