what to expect in a 2nd interview?

I have an interview tomorrow for a business position tomorrow. what do they usually ask in the 2nd one? a repeat of the first interview?

more indepth questions, maybe some problem solving question and thats usually the time where the proposition you to see if you're an easy fish.

They also might have you meet with a different set of people. I'm a developer, and usually the first interview is with other developers and maybe a project manager. The second is usually with HR and sometimes someone even higher (company owner, director of operations, etc...). It could also just be a rehash to further filter the candidates because they want to narrow down the choices and forgot the strong/weak points of certain "first round draft picks" so to speak.

if your 1st interview is about your technical background, then your 2nd interview should be about your behavior. It would consist of your interest in the field, how you would handle certain situations...etc etc. basically, your second interview is to show how good of a co-worker you can be. Most of the times, technical stuff can be learned on the job but behavior and attitude cannot. good luck by the way.

Your first interview is really just pre-screening. The second interview is usually when you meet with your supervisor and he/she decides whether to hire you.
