so i'm in tucson for the week.. tonight is my last night, so i figured i would go enjoy some of the local cusine...

so for anyone that knows anythign about tucson, can you recommend a place within the next... 15 mins or so.. i get per diem money for meals, so i may as well get some good food.. something in the range of.. $15 - $ 30 or so.. just for one...

thanks in advance

btw, i'm staying at the comfort suites on e. tanque verde (east tucson) so somewhere nearby would be nice

edit: i'll eat pretty much anything, but i'd obviously prefer the best that tucson has to offer.. like i'd go to san francisco to have chinese food.. but in tucson i'd get what kind of food??

cool, thanks for the advice, both of you... i might go for steak, but mexican sounds good too..

any more suggestions?

i havn't seen any hot chicks yet.. but then again, i've been stuck in doors from 7-4 each day then i just come back to my hotel room.. i wanted to go check out the air and space museum, but didn't get a chance

You're on the wrong end of town for the best Mexican food but if you head down Kolb to Broadway there is an El Minuto on the NE corner that is very good. Get the carne seca. Too bad you didn't ask earlier, we could have sent you to some really great hole-in-the-wall Mexican places.
