What to do

My ex-girlfriend is coming down to DE from MI to visit and bringing her 7 or 8 or something year old kid. What do kids this age play with and eat? If i just said no i wouldnt have to deal with this but i will post her pic after the visit if i see a bump l8er. No, i am not the dad either. Some low life who doesnt work and pays no support is. Maybe i can just throw the Xbox in front of her and do my thing. Have to keep the kid(which i will call IT) from my server room. Last time i had a tyke in the house they pulled the wires from a switch.

The average kid will generally much of the stuff you will....but you might want to have some kid type foods about....ie dinosaur shaped french fries or something...lol....something that you can eat if you don't use them.

You have cable.....cartoon channels?

Food: Keep It Simple (I'd say McDonald's but I loathe the place). Try those Lunchables and some juice boxes.

Lunchables and fruit rollups animals or something is what i bought. I refuse to eat fast food but i can direct them there.

videos/tv are good imo. can't you just get a pizza instead of fast food? my 7 year old nephew loves pizza and pokemon/harrypotter videos. the girl might like harry potter.

hopefully, her mom will make sure toys come with her.. you can take a trip to blockbuster once she's here, let her pick out a couple movies.

food.. chicken fingers. don't think I ever met a kid that wouldn't eat chicken fingers. pasta is usually a safe bet too, long as there's nothing too chunky or weird looking in the sauce. pizza is usually good, unless she's one of those mutant cheese-phobic kids. get some fruit, veggies are not a sure bet. pancakes. I think they all eat pancakes.
