Question What to do with this GPU

I have an MSI Vega 64 reference card with no shroud/sink
Just the bare die and board. I actually do not even know if it works.

Is there a market for this thing or an easy and/or relatively cheap way to get a cooler on it?

if I wanted to just donate/scrap it where would be the place to take it?
