What to do with that bottle of Ballantines...

I can see how cooling could be a problem, but it seems to have been solved. How long until Dell starts using this technique? 😀

It's a mini ITX Board with no heat sink. The CPU probably is a a VIA C3, Trasmeta, or AMD Crusoe.

EDIT: I stand to correct my self, it helps to read the article in full. The author used a small 733MHz Coppermine P3. I believe the power consumption for these is in the 25-35 watt range.
