I'm talking OLD. I have a computer that a co-worker gave me because the computer "broke". I never figured out what the problem was because it wasn't worth it. I took the computer apart, and it looks to be Penitum II/III (Slot-1) CPU before Intel switched to the FC-PGA Socket-370. Not sure what the mobo is. RAM-wise, there two sticks. One is 16MB and the other is 32MB. The HDD doesn't work.

Should dump it at the e-Waste recycling facility? Keep it? Doubt I'd ever have a need for this stuff.

eWaste, I suppose. There have been free dropoffs around here, maybe you can pick up on one of those.

I agree. Find your local recycler and see what options you have for recycling it. There are haserdust materials involved so most places and dumps won't take them.

If it only used 16 & 32MB memory modules, chances are it was a pretty slow system out of the box.
:\ I wouldn't waste any time on it, especially since it's not running.
