What to do with my old PC7U case

My current PC case is a Lian-Li PC7U. While it's a terrific case, I'd like to try overclocking, and the current fan setup - two 80mm intake fans in the front and one 80mm exhaust fan in the back - is worrying. I've got an Apack Zerotherm NV120 heatsink whose (84CFM maximum...theoretically) exhaust is quite conveniently directly in front of the exhaust fan, and would like to get the most out of it I can.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might improve this? The only thing I've come up with is to either bite the bullet and install a Vantec Tornado in the rear (LOUD!), or cut the case for a 120mm fan (which I don't particularly want to do.)

EDIT:

The Silverstone FM83 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16835220023), Thermaltake A1357 Smartfan II (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16835999111) and Thermaltake A2016 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16811999120) promise over 70CFM from an 80mm fan....though they will likely be quite loud. The Silverstone looks to be the best, though 42db is not exactly quiet. (There's also the ever-popular Vantec Tornado, which is a bit on the loud side.)

Since my video card's fan exhausts to the rear of the case (8800GT), the exhaust fan is really only moving air from the heatsink. As such, could I make a Y-adapter so that both the exahust fan and CPU fan are operated from the CPU fan output on the motherboard? This could help quiet things down a lot.

Plan C is to do something complicated with a shroud and mount another fan on the top of the case. While this would be a massive pain to do and likely impede airflow, it would allow me to easily add a 120mm fan.
