What to do with leaf blower engine?

I found a gas leaf blower in the dumpster, and it runs! What can I make out of the engine besides a go-ped? I think it's around 18cc, so it'd be really slow/weak on a go-ped. I'm thinking about making a huge r/c car out of it. What would you make?

Have you ever seen those people that fly around on a big fan with a parachutte (sp?) attached to it.

Take your RC car a step further and make one of the do-hickies.

Oh jeez dont make a full size one!! You would need about 50 leaf blowers to get off the gound hehe

Just a small one to fly around. Put a little bag of flower or baby powder in the intake side of the blower so it blows out smoke too.

One hell of a blowhole on the sidepanel of your case. No other case fans needed.

hmm good question. The full size ones have wheels on them and they take off like that. You could make a frame of some sort to put the blower on and mount some lawn mower wheels to it and hopefully it will work the same way the real ones do.

If all else fails toss it off your roof.

I wonder what temperature the air coming out would be. I guess it wouldn't be significantly hotter than ambient if you directed the blower's exhaust out a window.

Back with the how good you are with electric things, you could make an air compressor of sorts. Since its main function is to blow in the first place.
