What to do with a PII 400 processor?

I pulled a PII 400 Slot 1 processor out of a computer that I upgraded. Should I build another low end comoputer around it or trash it? I have an old case, hard drive and CD drive.

If so what mobo should I get?

its a decent performer but you might as well ditch it and save toward your next processor upgrade

i agree, and personaly i'd make another system with it if you have the extra cash. go to asus's homepage and see if you can find any nice slot 1 mobos that you like. and i think <l>www.tomshardware.com</L> has some slot one roundups from a while ago, i don't know about anandtech though

Look for a cheap vid/sound integrated mb - Bummer might have some
