No, we couldn't buy any more (end of life). We had to switch to a different motherboard, and that zero channel raid slot wasn't used.

no you can not

Actually, it depends. The slots are usually of different voltages, but a lot of 32-bit pci cards support both, you can tell if the card has two notches which indicates it will work with either voltage.
