What to do with 45 collection?

Unfortunately you will have to find a true collector because it is likely all the songs are available on cheap CD compilations or anywhere you care to look. If you have some really rare songs then you may be in luck. I suggest you catalog all of them and then contact one of the used record places. There is nice one online but I cannot remember it right now as it comes up in occasional searches for album art. If I remember or find it again I will let you know.

GEMM has worked well for me as both a buyer & seller. eBay can also be really good w/ old records.
