What to do with 2 6950s? Bitcoins? XFire? Sell for 7970?

EDIT: Anyone been doing any bitcoin mining with a 7970? Results?

I have my core oc'd to 1.2ghz at 1.2+ volts, and it's doing 700mhash/sec.
