What to do when you get ripped?

OK, I got a defective radeon from newegg.com, I spent 193 to get the 64mb oem shipped to me. I called them and told them that it was defective, and they told me to send it back with my own money. Than they will ship one to me. But, I have a couple complaints. The card is cheaper now, it's not my fault, why am I the one paying the shipping, shouldnt they be the ones paying for it. What should I do?

What should be and what is are two different things. Yes, they should pay to send you the new one, but most RMA's I have ever had were shipped at my expense. That is part of the risk of doing business on-line.

When I get hosed like that . . . I don't buy there anymore, but there's not a whole lot you can do except bitch. A lot of that stuff is in the fine print no one reads.
